PMHNP-BC
Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Bridges Community Health – Eugene, OR
As a lifelong resident of the Eugene area, I am deeply committed to serving the mental health needs of our community. With over a decade of experience as a registered nurse—spanning behavioral health, corrections, acute care and the operating room—I bring a broad, compassionate, and trauma-informed perspective to psychiatric care.
I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from Frontier Nursing University, specializing as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). My clinical practice encompasses both inpatient and outpatient mental health care for children, adolescents, and adults. I have a particular focus on the diagnosis and management of ADHD, PANDAS/PANS, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), autism spectrum disorder (ASD), mood disorders, dual diagnosis, substance use disorders, PTSD, schizophrenia, and women’s mental health. I am also dedicated to providing affirming care for LGBTQIA+ individuals and supporting students and families navigating 504/IEP accommodations.
My treatment approach integrates evidence-based medication management with counseling techniques, de-escalation strategies, and trauma-informed care. I also incorporate elements of integrative medicine, including nutritional support, supplements, and lifestyle interventions to address the whole person—mind and body. I stay current with the latest advances in psychiatric care through continued education and regular attendance at professional conferences.
I am proud to be part of the team at Bridges Community Health, where we share a mission of compassionate, inclusive, and patient-centered care. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time on the water, traveling, and cooking with my husband & four children.
