Our clinic is proud to offer a specialized focus on the LGBTQIA+ community. We have LGBTQIA+ identified therapists, supervisors, and administrative staff who bring training, clinical experience, and lived experience to our community of providers. We know that providing a safe space for the LGBTQIA+ community involves both words and action, so we hold high expectations for the standard of care our clinicians can provide. We have multiple therapists on staff who are able to complete assessments and letters of support for gender affirming care.

Members of the LGBTQIA+ community experience many unique challenges such as micro-aggressions, discrimination, rejection from family of origin, gender exploration and transition. You may want to work with a therapist on something specific to your identity as LGBTQIA+, or you may simply want to work on other mental health issues with someone who has experience and training in that area. If working with an LGBTQIA+ identified therapist is important to you, we are happy to provide that.

We have many therapists on staff who specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ identified clients and/or identify as LGBTQIA+ themselves. Our clinic also has a particular focus on relational therapy and can provide LGBTQIA+ focused couples and family therapy. Therapists can assist with gender exploration, gender transition, family support, couples therapy, parenting concerns, and trauma processing. When appropriate our therapists are happy to assist with assessments, letters, and advocacy related to the transition process.

We would love to help you feel affirmed, empowered and hopeful!
