As a therapist I believe that everyone deserves to experience being listened to, met with compassion, and understanding by another human being. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is a powerful foundation for healing and growth. Starting therapy can feel vulnerable and often scary, I aim to make the experience as comfortable as possible. You can expect me to show up in the space with authenticity and a sense of humor while offering a non-judgmental stance. I deeply trust in every client’s capacity for growth, and I’m honored to walk alongside you in your process.

I draw from Narrative Therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients explore their stories, connect with their inner resources, and move toward meaningful change. Grounded in systemic thinking, I consider the broader context of each person’s life, including the impact of culture, identity, and environment.

I’m committed to practicing from a social justice and anti-racist lens and work from a LGBTQIA+ affirming, neurodivergence-affirming, and trauma-informed stance. I graduated from the University of Oregon and have my masters in Couples and Family Therapy.
