My overall approach to therapy tends to be compassionate, collaborative, and goal directed. I work with individual adults and romantic partnerships from a systemic viewpoint; and employ an integrative approach consisting primarily of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Mindful Self-Compassion, Somatic techniques and Attachment theory.

I have a Master of Science in Couples and Family Therapy from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology also from the University of Oregon. Specialty areas include gender, sexuality, relational work (including queer, kinky, and non-monogamous relationships), anxiety, trauma healing, and body image. I have special training in EMDR, LGBTQIA+ counseling, relational counseling, somatic work, and trauma healing.

My practice is informed by client-centered, anti-oppressive, and trauma informed values. It is an honor to hear my client’s stories and witness their growth. I believe that change occurs when we are provided with a safe and supportive space to heal from our past and embrace our future.
