MFTA

Hannah KimbleMy approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that connection is a fundamental part of the human experience and a powerful catalyst for change. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their emotions and experiences with curiosity and compassion. I view therapy as a collaborative process in which you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to support you in connecting with both internal strengths and external resources to foster meaningful, lasting change.

I work with couples, individuals, and families, and I approach therapy from a systemic lens, attending to the relational and contextual factors that shape experience. My therapeutic style is integrative and tailored to each client’s unique needs, drawing from a range of modalities, including person-centered therapy, attachment-based therapy, internal family systems (IFS), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and solution-focused therapy.

I support clients navigating a variety of concerns and have particular interest in acculturation experiences and acculturative differences, women’s issues, self-esteem, relationship concerns, and sex therapy.

I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and hold a Master’s degree in Couples and Family Therapy from the University of Oregon. I also earned a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Houston, with a minor in Human Development and Family Studies.
