MFTA

Whether you’re facing struggles or seeking growth, I offer a steady presence and a safe space to explore your journey. I believe change happens when we feel emotionally safe, deeply understood, and empowered to explore who we are and what we need. Whether working individually or in relationships, I help clients move towards more honest, connected, and values-aligned ways of being.

My approach is client-centered, collaborative, and goal-directed. I work with individuals and romantic partners using an integrative approach grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy, Gottman Method Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. My work is rooted in trauma-informed, systemic, anti-oppressive care, and it’s a privilege to support clients in reconnecting with themselves and the people who matter most.

I hold a Master of Science in Couples and Family Therapy and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, both from the University of Oregon. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use/recovery, relationships/couples therapy, infidelity, and adult family systems.
