MFTA
As a therapist, I strive to create a compassionate and supportive space to explore and address the difficult areas of life. My style as a therapist tends to be collaborative and goal-oriented, with a focus on helping clients achieve meaningful change.
I work with individuals, romantic partners, and adult family systems using Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy.
My practice is guided by a client-centered and trauma-informed approach, anti-oppressive values, and a systemic perspective. I have a Master of Science in Couples and Family Therapy from the University of Oregon. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships/couples therapy, and adult family systems.
