Kara believes in a holistic paradigm of healing and recovery and recognizes the strengths and power of each person within the context of their own life. She views her role as a coparticipant in the process of healing and values creating a partnership based on mutual care and respect.

Kara treats a variety of conditions including depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, bipolar spectrum, PTSD/trauma, and ADHD. She has a special interest in frameworks of practice that facilitate mind body integration, including interpersonal neurobiology, polyvagal theory, and neuromeditation.
